The meditations in this book are reflections of my life. They are written from personal experiences and reflect my beliefs. It is my prayer that you, the reader, will receive some inspirations from these meditations. I have included some of my pictures as illustrations. I’ve dedicated this book to my mother, Anna Mae Cooper, who always encouraged me to write.
