My Story of Salvation

This book is how the Holy Spirit helped me to become a Christian and has guided my life. I was from another religion. The message of salvation was new, strange and exciting. I could not understand it. I went to the altar and prayed. The saints lined us before the altar to testify that we are saved and that we are Christians. It was a long line of teenagers. When my turn came I was speechless. The saints said, “Are you saved?” I said, “No, I do not feel anything, or see anything”. One of the saints quoted Romans 10:10 “With the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Even though I did not feel or see anything, I believed. A few days later while walking in a rice field the Holy Spirit came as a great light and came inside of me. At that moment, the Lord Jesus came into my heart and I received the witness that I am born again.
